At 365fitt, I coach and train people for the event called LIFE! Encompassing all the aspects of a healthy lifestyle, I focus on physical wellness (fitness), good nutrition, and emotional balance for optimal HAL: healthy active living, 365 days a year! As owner and President of 365fitt, , my goal is to create wellness for individuals, through a broad range of media and platforms including, but not limited to individual coaching, email/video/phone coaching (great for long distance clients), and group events to continue on the journey of living 365fitt. I credit my success in the fitness industry to great mentoring, personal experiences, a understanding, compassionate and passionate demeanor, and a thorough and excellent education. I take my role as a fitness educator seriously, and I’m proud to challenge people to reach for permanent lifestyle fitness changes. I coach all levels of athletes in a wide variety of sports including but not limited to triathlon, cycling, running, and rowing at all distances. I also coach individuals through positive lifestyle changes including weight loss, better eating, injury rehab, and getting off the couch. I specialize in women’s events and Healthy Active Living trips, taking women to places where they can proudly answer the question, “When was the last time you did something for the first time?” I am passionate about sharing these experiences with women who would not otherwise consider doing these things alone.
